Kelley's Bio

Kelley Blankenship serves on the Executive Committee as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS®. The Association has named her the 2008 REALTOR® of the Year. She has received numerous sales achievement awards and is an active participant in the REALTORS® Political Action Committee. She has served on many committees within SVAR and in the Ohio Association of Realtors. She continues her real estate education by attending classes and through attendance at local, state, and national level conventions. She also teaches the National Association of Realtors Ethics continuing education course for members of SVAR.

Kelley is a graduate of Ohio University where she conferred the degrees: Associate in Applied Business, Bachelor of Science in Communication with high honor distinction, and a minor in Psychology. During her schooling, she earned several scholarships and was the recipient of academic and leadership awards including that of Outstanding Senior in Communication Studies. Kelley is a member of Gamma Pi Delta: the Nontraditional Student Honorary; Omicron Delta Kappa: the National Leadership Honorary; and Lambda Pi Eta; the National Communication Honorary. She is a graduate of the Jo Ann Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute. Kelley is a Notary Public and certified Train the Trainer.

Kelley and her husband, Alan, are raising their two children in Chillicothe. They often volunteer for school functions and sporting events where she serves as an active Huntington Athletic Boosters member. They also spend time with their 5 dogs, love traveling, and enjoy camping.

Kelley is an Advisory Board Member for Daymar College and belongs to the Chillicothe Chamber of Commerce.
